What types of pets do you treat?
Dogs and cats of all breeds and ages, from newly weaned puppies to geriatric pets. For exotic pets (reptiles, birds, rabbits) we can handle basic consultations; for specialized cases we refer to local clinics with that specialty.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 8:00 to 17:00. Saturdays 8:00 to 13:00. Closed Sundays. WhatsApp messages outside hours get a reply when we open the next business day.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Two ways: WhatsApp at +52 646 344 8000 or call +52 646 488 0901. For scheduled surgeries we require prior pre-surgical consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, bank transfer, debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). For expensive treatments or scheduled surgeries we can coordinate a payment plan before consultation.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are at Plaza Santa Lucía on Av. Iturbide. The plaza has ample parking for clients. For visits with large pets or multiple pets, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early to manage transport calmly.
Do you make house calls?
In specific cases yes, especially for geriatric pets with mobility difficulty, humanitarian euthanasia at home, or post-surgery pet follow-ups with limited mobility. Contact us to evaluate each case.
How much does a first consultation cost?
The basic consultation has an affordable cost covering complete clinical examination. Additional analyses (blood, ultrasound, vaccines) are quoted separately. We offer packages for complete schedules (first-year vaccination, neutering) more affordable than individual services. Quote via WhatsApp.
